Jenny is an accomplished endurance athlete and has competed in adventure races all over the world, including Eco-Challenge Borneo 2000, New Zealand 2001, Fiji 2002 and the Antarctica Marathon. In 2004, Gale traveled to Athens, Greece as the USA Triathlon Olympic Coach for both the men's and women's triathlon teams. Gale has instructed or coached athletes since 1974, including Olympic and professional cyclists, ultra-endurance cyclists, runners and multi-sport racers.
